Napoli, 1906). Il dipinto, gi\u00e0 in collezione privata a Palermo ed individuato in asta come lotto 117, reca al retro della tela la dichiarazione di autenticit\u00e0 a firma del critico d\u2019arte e storico dell\u2019arte specializzato in dipinti dell\u2019Ottocento italiano, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Michele Biancale<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, che scrive:\u00a0\u201c<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Opera originale di T. Patini<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u201d. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Il titolo, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>\u00abLunga attesa\u00bb,<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> pu\u00f2 essere spiegato analizzando l&#8217;opera. I tre soggetti sono raffigurati nelle prime luci dell&#8217;alba. Per ognuno di essi vi \u00e8 un&#8217;attesa. La giovane moglie del malato (che \u00e8 fuori campo) riposa su una sedia, adagiando il capo sul cuscino dopo una lunga notte al capezzale del marito.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Patini <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">trasmette nell\u2019opera due sentimenti diversi e contrastanti, in quelli che si vuole immaginare i due anziani genitori: la rassegnazione e la fede. La prima traspare dal volto del vecchio canuto che si abbandona scorato sulla sedia, consapevole che la vita del figlio sta per spegnersi al pari delle poche braci che ancora ardono nel camino al suo fianco. L&#8217;artista vi contrappone la moglie, dipingendola nell&#8217;ombra e nell&#8217;atto d\u2019accendere una candela votiva ad un&#8217;immagine appena visibile sul muro sbrecciato, e in lei la speranza della fede, ultima \u00e0ncora di salvezza cui l&#8217;anziana genitrice si affida, con una preghiera.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">L\u2019opera, fin da subito attribuita a <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Teofilo<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Patin<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">i, \u00e8 stata sottoposta ad un accurato intervento di pulitura che ha rivelato la chiara firma \u201cT. Patini\u201d nella porzione in basso a sinistra della tela. Ad un\u2019analisi approfondita alla lampada di Wood, la firma si conferma coeva alla stesura originaria.\u00a0L\u2019attribuzione a <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Patini<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> appare confermata anche dall\u2019analisi stilistica, che consente un\u2019allocazione cronologica sull\u2019ultimo scorcio dell\u2019Ottocento. Si veda, per confronto, l\u2019opera <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>\u201cPulsazioni e palpiti\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> realizzata dal Patini nel 1870 e oggi conservata presso la Pinacoteca Patiniana di <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Castel di Sangro<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, o le sue varianti attualmente nelle Collezioni d\u2019Arte dell\u2019Amministrazione Provinciale dell\u2019Aquila (cm 121&#215;151) e in collezioni private in L\u2019Aquila e Napoli.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Sotto il maglietto di <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Gianluca Gliubich<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Narrow, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, titolare dell&#8217;omonima casa d&#8217;Aste, passeranno nei programmati due giorni dell&#8217;asta, il 6 e 7 luglio a partire dalle ore 15.00, dipinti e arredi dal XVI al XIX secolo di incredibile spessore, che giustificano il La differenza da una semplice esposizione museale? Facile: si possono gi\u00e0 fare offerte su ogni singola opera e poi seguire l&#8217;asta dal vivo o da remoto per cercare di portare a casa uno dei lotti in proposta. Non solo grandi capolavori, ma anche argenti, maioliche, arredi e dipinti con basi d&#8217;asta davvero vantaggiose.
