L\u2019intervento ha valorizzato la struttura originaria, rendendo visibili pilastri e travi come elementi identitari, in un dialogo continuo tra passato e futuro. Con 15.000 mq distribuiti su 8 livelli<\/strong>, il complesso ospita uffici, spazi pubblici, aree meeting e un ristorante aziendale, secondo un modello organizzativo attento a benessere, flessibilit\u00e0 e sostenibilit\u00e0.<\/strong>
Oggi l\u2019edificio \u00e8 NZEB e in classe energetica A4<\/strong>, grazie a soluzioni come la doppia pelle trasparente, la serra bioclimatica e la nuova facciata vetrata ad alta efficienza.<\/strong>
<\/strong>Un intervento che va oltre il semplice recupero edilizio: \u00e8 un progetto di rigenerazione che rivitalizza un’intera area strategica della citt\u00e0<\/strong>, valorizzandone le potenzialit\u00e0 inespresse e intrecciando architettura, innovazione e memoria urbana.\u200aNO.T Architetti Associati for the new Iren center in Piazza Raggi, in the heart of the Incrociati district in Genova (Italy): a regeneration project that revitalizes a key urban area.<\/strong> The project \u2014 winner <\/strong>with EP&S Engineering Project & Service <\/strong>of the 2018 competition \u2014 breathes new life into a strategic building, transforming it into a modern headquarters for Iren<\/strong>.
The intervention enhances the original structure, exposing pillars and beams as defining elements in a continuous dialogue between past and future. Spanning 15,000 square meters over 8 levels<\/strong>, the complex hosts offices, public spaces, meeting areas, and a company restaurant, following an organizational model focused on well-being, flexibility, and sustainability.<\/strong>
Today, the building is NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) and certified in energy class A4<\/strong>, thanks to features such as a transparent double skin fa\u00e7ade, a bioclimatic greenhouse, and high-performance glazing. An intervention that goes beyond simple building rehabilitation: it is a regeneration project that revitalizes an entire strategic area of the city,<\/strong> enhancing its unexpressed potential where architecture, innovation, and urban memory are woven together.
