Lo guardiamo da pi\u00f9 di cento anni, come se fosse un\u2019azione &#8211; certo orribile e tremenda &#8211; ma tutto sommato naturale, nell\u2019ordine delle cose, perch\u00e9 cos\u00ec va il mondo!\u00bb&nbsp;Con queste parole incisive&nbsp;<strong>Stefania Panighini<\/strong>, regista torinese protagonista della scena teatrale da vent\u2019anni,&nbsp;presenta la sua prima&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pressroom.cloud\/?mailpoet_router&amp;endpoint=track&amp;action=click&amp;data=WyIxMTY3IiwiMzF2MDNsZTBsazZjYzRjNGNvd29va29jb2tjZ2tvNDgiLCIxNzYiLCJhMDk2ZDEyNjk2OTciLGZhbHNlXQ\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><em>Tosca<\/em><\/strong><\/a>. L&#8217;opera andr\u00e0 in scena il&nbsp;<strong>29 giugno<\/strong>,<strong>con repliche 1 e 4 luglio<\/strong>,nell&#8217;ambito della stagione estiva&nbsp;<strong>\u201cIl suono di Trieste\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;del Teatro Verdi, nel suggestivo&nbsp;<strong>Castello di San Giusto.<\/strong><br><br><strong>Stefania Panighini aggiunge altre considerazioni sulla sua visione di quest&#8217;opera:<\/strong>\u00abL\u2019antichit\u00e0 classica e la filosofia platonica hanno segnato questo scarto tra i sessi, che sembra sempre pi\u00f9 incolmabile, soprattutto ora che apparentemente pensiamo di essere vicini alla parit\u00e0.&nbsp;<em>Tosca<\/em>&nbsp;\u00e8 un\u2019opera ancora attuale, soprattutto per noi, per il pubblico, perch\u00e9 mostra la nostra incapacit\u00e0 di ribellarci veramente davanti a un abuso, l\u2019assoluta fissit\u00e0 congelata delle nostre reazioni.&nbsp;<em>Tosca<\/em>&nbsp;evoca, senza paura, l\u2019insopportabile stasi delle relazioni tra uomini e donne, cos\u00ec come fanno i meravigliosi affreschi dei fratelli Carracci a Palazzo Farnese: l\u2019intento neoclassico \u00e8 quello di raccontare un mondo mitico, dove donne e uomini seminudi si muovono tra guerre e simposi idilliaci, la donna per\u00f2, altro non \u00e8 \u2013 ancora una volta &#8211; che corpo sinuoso usato per il diletto tra una guerra e l\u2019altra. Cos\u00ec i Carracci, nel trionfo della loro maniera, sono l\u2019impalcatura del racconto: le immagini sacre e seducenti allo stesso tempo raccontano un rapporto con un Dio onnipresente, in chiaroscuro: le ombre scoprono il libertinismo di Scarpia o la clandestinit\u00e0 di Angelotti, mentre le luci svelano la sensualit\u00e0 di Tosca e l\u2019arte di Mario. La donna resta per\u00f2 solo un\u2019idea, quel femminile che affascina e conturba, che distrae e attrae, che costringe alla violenza, quel femminile che \u00e8 un\u2019ossessione morbosa da cui si tenta di sfuggire, oppure un giocattolo vezzoso, con cui trascorrere il tempo. Nient\u2019altro che un\u2019idea\u00bb.<br><br>Il nuovo allestimento si avvale delle scene di&nbsp;<strong>Nicol\u00f2 Cristiano<\/strong>, dei costumi di&nbsp;<strong>Chiara Barichello<\/strong>&nbsp;e del light design di&nbsp;<strong>Emanuele Agliati.&nbsp;<\/strong>Nel cast spiccano i tre protagonisti:&nbsp;<strong>Elena Pankratova, Fabio Sartori&nbsp;<\/strong>e<strong>&nbsp;Ambrogio Maestri.<\/strong><br><strong>Orchestra&nbsp;<\/strong>e<strong>&nbsp;Coro della Fondazione Teatro Lirico Giuseppe Verdi di Trieste&nbsp;<\/strong>e il coro<strong>&nbsp;\u00abI piccoli cantori della Citt\u00e0 di Trieste\u201d&nbsp;<\/strong>(preparato da&nbsp;<strong>Cristina Semeraro<\/strong>)sono diretti dal Maestro&nbsp;<strong>Enrico Calesso<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pressroom.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/Disegnio-carracci.jpeg\" width=\"620\" alt=\"\"><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Carracci sketches<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00abWe\u2019ve always seen it as such!&nbsp;<em>Tosca<\/em>&nbsp;is a seemingly normal story of abuse.&nbsp;We\u2019ve been looking at it in this way for over a hundred years, as if it were an act (hideous and horrendous, certainly) but, all in all, natural, the way things are, because that\u2019s the way of the world!\u00bb&nbsp;With these trenchant words, Turin-born director&nbsp;<strong>Stefania Panighini<\/strong>,&nbsp;a prominent figure on the theatrical scene for the last twenty years,&nbsp;presents her first&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pressroom.cloud\/?mailpoet_router&amp;endpoint=track&amp;action=click&amp;data=WyIxMTY3IiwiMzF2MDNsZTBsazZjYzRjNGNvd29va29jb2tjZ2tvNDgiLCIxNzYiLCJhMDk2ZDEyNjk2OTciLGZhbHNlXQ\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><em>Tosca<\/em><\/strong><\/a>. The opera premieres on&nbsp;<strong>29th June<\/strong>, with&nbsp;<strong>repeat performances on 1st and 4th July<\/strong>, as part of Teatro Verdi\u2019s summer season,<strong>&nbsp;\u00abIl suono di Trieste\u00bb<\/strong>, at the evocative&nbsp;<strong>Castle of San Giusto<\/strong>.<br><strong>Stefania Panighini offers further insights into her vision for this work:<\/strong>\u00abClassical antiquity and platonic philosophy have shaped the difference between the sexes, which seems to be ever widening, especially now that we apparently think we\u2019re getting close to equality.&nbsp;<em>Tosca<\/em>&nbsp;is an opera that is still relevant today, especially for us, for the audience, because it shows our inability truly to rebel against abuse, the absolute frozen rigidity of our reactions.<em>Tosca<\/em>&nbsp;fearlessly evokes the unbearable stagnation in relationships between men and women, just as the marvellous frescoes by the Carracci brothers in Palazzo Farnese do. The intent of Neoclassicism is to narrate a mythical world, where semi-nude men and women move between wars and idyllic symposia, in which the woman, however, is nothing yet again but a sinuous body to be used for pleasure between one war and another&nbsp;Thus, the Carracci brothers, in the triumph of their style, are a scaffold for this story. These pictures, sacred and seductive at the same time, tell of a relationship with an omnipresent God in chiaroscuro. The shadows reveal Scarpia\u2019s libertinism and Angelotti\u2019s secrecy, while the light reveals Tosca\u2019s sensuality and Mario\u2019s art.&nbsp;Throughout it all, nonetheless, the woman is just an idea: of womanhood that fascinates and perturbs, attracts and distracts, that compels violence; womanhood that is a morbid obsession from which to attempt escape, or else an enticing plaything, with which to pass the time. Nothing more than an idea.\u00bb<br>The new staging features sets by&nbsp;<strong>Nicol\u00f2 Cristiano<\/strong>, costumes by&nbsp;<strong>Chiara Barichello<\/strong>&nbsp;and lighting design by&nbsp;<strong>Emanuele Agliati<\/strong>.
