Al centro del progetto, la corte diventa un&nbsp;<strong>patio condiviso<\/strong>, articolato da scalette, sedute e gradoni piantumati che connettono i diversi livelli e generano un piccolo paesaggio comunitario.<br><br>Attorno a questo fulcro verde si sviluppano gli appartamenti, caratterizzati da&nbsp;<strong>volumi chiari&nbsp;<\/strong>ampie aperture e soluzioni abitative essenziali e flessibili. At its core, the courtyard becomes a&nbsp;<strong>shared patio<\/strong>, shaped by small stairways, seating elements, and planted steps that connect the various levels and create a small communal landscape.<br><br>Around this green focal point, the apartments unfold with&nbsp;<strong>clean volumes<\/strong>, generous openings, and essential, flexible living solutions.
