NO.T Architetti Associati progettano l’ambire essenziale del nuovo ristorante di Alberto Fluttero ai Docks Dora di Torino \"\"photo Jana SebestovaNel cuore della Torino<\/strong> post-industriale, negli ex magazzini dei Docks Dora<\/strong>, nasce AL<\/strong><\/a>, ristorante ideato dallo chef torinese Alberto Fluttero e progettato da NO.T Architetti associati<\/strong>. L\u2019intervento recupera un ex laboratorio enologico di circa 100 mq, valorizzandone l\u2019identit\u00e0 industriale senza snaturarla.

Il progetto mantiene gli elementi originari \u2014 soffitti alti, ampie vetrate e volumi razionali \u2014 e li reinterpreta attraverso un approccio essenziale e misurato, lavorando per sottrazione. Lo spazio si sviluppa come un open space luminoso in cui materiali grezzi e texture materiche <\/strong>dialogano con un layout contemporaneo e funzionale.

Fulcro dell\u2019ambiente \u00e8 la cucina a vista, concepita come elemento architettonico e relazionale che elimina le barriere tra preparazione e sala, favorendo convivialit\u00e0 e interazione. L\u2019interior design segue un \u201cminimalismo organico<\/strong>\u201d funzionale e sostenibile: microcemento, rovere multilamellare, multistrato e legno di recupero definiscono un\u2019atmosfera sobria, accogliente e sofisticata.

Il progetto conferma i Docks Dora come polo di sperimentazione architettonica e cultural<\/strong>e, dimostrando come l\u2019architettura d\u2019interni possa trasformare l\u2019eredit\u00e0 industriale in uno spazio contemporaneo, identitario e profondamente radicato nel contesto torinese.\u200aAL in Turin: Industrial Heritage Reimagined by NO.T Architetti<\/strong> In the heart of post-industrial Turin, <\/strong>within the former warehouses of Docks Dora<\/strong>, AL<\/a><\/strong> was created \u2014 a restaurant conceived by Turin-born chef Alberto Fluttero and designed by NO.T Architetti associati<\/strong>. The project transforms a former 100-square-meter oenological laboratory, enhancing its industrial identity without altering its original character.

The design preserves key architectural features \u2014 high ceilings, large windows, and rational volumes \u2014 reinterpreting them through a restrained and essential approach based on subtraction. The space unfolds as a bright open-plan layout where raw materials and tactile textures interact with a contemporary and functional configuration.<\/strong>

At the core of the space is the open kitchen, conceived as both an architectural and relational element that dissolves the boundary between preparation and dining area, fostering interaction and conviviality. The interior design follows a principle of \u201corganic minimalism<\/strong>,\u201d focused on functionality and sustainability: microcement flooring, multilayer oak tables, plywood seating, and reclaimed wood define a sober yet welcoming and refined atmosphere.

The project reaffirms Docks Dora as a hub of architectural and cultural experimentation<\/strong>, demonstrating how interior architecture can transform industrial heritage into a contemporary, distinctive space deeply rooted in Turin\u2019s urban fabric.
