\ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf9 Si \u00e8 svolta questa mattina 15 febbraio, nella sede storica dell\u2019Ateneo di Brescia a Palazzo Tosio, la cerimonia di conferimento del Premio della Brescianit\u00e0 2026<\/strong>, riconoscimento istituito nel 1977 e assegnato ogni anno in occasione della festivit\u00e0 dei Santi Patroni Faustino e Giovita per onorare i bresciani che si sono distinti rendendosi ambasciatori della citt\u00e0 in Italia e nel mondo.

Tra i premiati di questa edizione c\u2019\u00e8 il mezzosoprano Annalisa Stroppa,<\/strong> affiancata da Ottavio Di Stefano, Alessandro Santin <\/strong>e Giuseppe Pasini<\/strong>, due medici e un imprenditore, personalit\u00e0 che nei rispettivi ambiti hanno contribuito a dare prestigio a Brescia. A illustrarne le motivazioni sono stati il presidente dell\u2019Ateneo Sergio Onger, il presidente della Fondazione Civilt\u00e0 Bresciana Mario Gorlani, il rettore dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Brescia Francesco Castelli e il curatore del premio Massimo Tedeschi, che hanno sottolineato come \u00abla Stroppa non abbia bisogno di presentazioni: \u00e8 un\u2019acclamata mezzosoprano sulla scena internazionale per la voce e la versatilit\u00e0 tecnica e la finezza interpretativa<\/strong>\u00bb.

Nel ricevere il premio, un\u2019emozionata Annalisa Stroppa ha dichiarato<\/strong>: \u00abSono felice ed onorata di ricevere dall\u2019Ateneo di Brescia e dalla Fondazione Civilt\u00e0 Bresciana il Premio della Brescianit\u00e0. \u00c8 un riconoscimento che mi commuove e mi inorgoglisce perch\u00e9 unisce l\u2019affetto che nutro per la mia terra ai miei meriti musicali. Sono fiera di essere bresciana e di portare il nome della Leonessa d\u2019Italia nei teatri di tutto il mondo. Dedico questo premio alla mia terra e ai bresciani che hanno creduto in me sin dall\u2019inizio, donandomi quella forza speciale che nasce dall\u2019appartenere a una comunit\u00e0 millenaria, profondamente umana e laboriosa\u00bb.<\/td><\/tr>

\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7 The Premio della Brescianit\u00e0 2026<\/em><\/strong> award ceremony took place this morning, 15 February, at the historic headquarters of the Ateneo di Brescia in Palazzo Tosio. Established in 1977, the award is presented annually on the day of the city\u2019s patron saints, Faustino and Giovita, to honour citizens of Brescia who have distinguished themselves as ambassadors of the city in Italy and around the world.

Among this year\u2019s recipients is internationally acclaimed mezzosoprano Annalisa Stroppa<\/strong>, honoured alongside Ottavio Di Stefano, Alessandro Santin and Giuseppe Pasini<\/strong> \u2014 two physicians and one entrepreneur \u2014 all of whom have brought distinction to Brescia through their respective professional achievements. The motivations for the awards were presented by Sergio Onger, President of the Ateneo di Brescia; Mario Gorlani, President of the Fondazione Civilt\u00e0 Bresciana; Francesco Castelli, Dean of the University of Brescia; and Massimo Tedeschi, curator of the prize. In their remarks, they emphasised that \u201cStroppa needs no introduction: she is an internationally celebrated mezzosoprano, renowned for her voice, technical versatility and interpretative refinement.\u201d
<\/strong>Upon receiving the award, an emotional Stroppa said<\/strong>: \u201cI am delighted and deeply honoured to receive the Premio della Brescianit\u00e0 from the Ateneo di Brescia and the Fondazione Civilt\u00e0 Bresciana. This recognition deeply moves me, as it unites my love for my homeland with my musical achievements. I am proud to be from Brescia and to carry the name of the \u2018Lioness of Italy\u2019 to theatres across the world. I dedicate this award to my city and to the people of Brescia who have believed in me from the very beginning, giving me that special strength which comes from belonging to an ancient, close-knit and industrious community.\u201d<\/td><\/tr>
