Musa grandfather, who had settled in the city as a refugee,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

was a very big man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his youth, he had strangled a wolf and killed it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the city children<\/p>\n\n\n\n

filled the inside of a cigarette with marijuana<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and gave it to him instead of a cigarette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that big old man,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

thinking the mirage he saw on the asphalt was a lake,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

rolled up his trousers, took his shoes in his hands,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and crossed to the other side of the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The city children laughed a lot,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

boasting about their jackal ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Musa grandfather said goodbye to life that evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was the only refugee<\/p>\n\n\n\n

who had died from pleasure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Musa grandfather had carried the burden of a house on his shoulders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even the movable belongings of his house were living a refugee life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ten people could barely lift<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the weight he had lifted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But he himself did not know that<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the heaviest burden he had carried throughout his life<\/p>\n\n\n\n

was the shoes in his hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was the first resident of this village to die in refugeehood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was as if he had passed through that sea of mirage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just as Moses had saved his own people,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

he too had saved his own villagers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

all the unhappy refugees<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and took them to the cemetery of exile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a lot of wild marijuana bushes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

have grown around his grave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Musa grandfather is probably enjoying himself there too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He should be thankful that he died.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otherwise, because of these wild marijuana bushes,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

they would have taken a lot of bribes from him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They would not have cared<\/p>\n\n\n\n

that he did not even have money for cigarettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
